1. introduction – it explains the term in which we provide our services

The Contracting Party

2.1 The Business Serban & Serban Law Firm & Consulting is made via our offices in Bucharest, Milan environment and our partnerships in Greece and Monte Carlo. All references in the contents of this Term of Commitment to "we", "our" or " Serban & Serban Law Firm & Consulting "refers to different entities, namely Serban & Serban Law Firm, Serban & Serban Consulting and Accounting who act separately and through its employees, its associates and partners.

2.2 Employees of Serban & Serban Law Firm & Consulting are known as "partners" but this phrase is used to define quality and the title of "partner" does not necessarily mean the person whom we name the member represents a general partnership. Any member who works at Serban & Serban Law Firm & Consulting in any capacity or quality, always acts only as agent for and in name of the company and any appeal is limited to recourse against Serban & Serban Law Firm & Consulting.

3. Control

3.1 We will recommend the name and status of the person who will handle your everyday problems and about the partners / members from Serban & Serban Law Firm & Consulting with the greatest responsibility and we will keep you informed on the progress each of your problems and issues makes referred to as the issue progresses. Someone will take care of your problems in detail, one of the partners / members of Serban & Serban Law Firm & Consulting will be responsible for overseeing our relationship with you.

4. Your contribution

4.1 If you are able to provide us with the information and instructions we need to promptly respond, we can work more efficient and more convenient for you. You must provide us with the parties’ costs, estimates and schedules you and those employed by you being able to offer the information and instructions in a prompt manner.

5. Costs

5.1 Our costs take into account all the circumstances your problems are connected with and particularly: the complexity and difficulty or novelty of the issues and the issues raised, work volume, specialized knowledge and age of members or partners involved, the assigned problems, the number or importance of documents prepared or revised, and the circumstances in which the problems are traded, amount of money or value of the property involved, complexity and implications, the tangential issues, involving all departments, namely, legal, business consulting and accounting. We will give details on request and in any event we will be pleased to discuss the matter regarding your taxes. Costs per hour are usually reviewed every year and comes into force on March 30. We'll notice you of any increase in the rate of costs which apply to you directly.

6. Estimation

6.1 Unless the activity is not realistic or feasible, we will give an estimate of possible costs and expenses at the beginning of our instructions. Estimates depend on factors such as scope of activities remaining unchanged, the performance provided by you in time or those assigned to you to make a contribution regarding the solicited acts and provide necessary information to enable us to achieve the mandate and adherence to schedules set by him, and these factors could re-assess measure progress collaboration.
