INCREASE / DECREASE SHARE CAPITAL
• When setting up a company there is the legal obligation for the associates to subscribe and to pay their share capital, which may consist of cash or different goods in nature (such evaluation is mandatory).
• The share capital has the minimum value provided in the Law no.31/1990 of the companies, republished and modified, namely:
- 200 lei – for limited liability companies;
- 25.000 EUR - for limited liability companies and limited by shares

• Submission and support of the full file at the Trade Registry for the registration;
ESTABLISHMENT I.I. - Individual Enterprise
• prior advice;
• checking and reserving the name (It consists of first and last name of the person);
• design, drafting and certification of the loan contract / lease for space destined to the headquarters;
• Consulting for setting the tax option;
• drafting of statutory declarations relating to the authorization of the activity to be held;
