Alina Serban and Andreea Serban, lawyers in the Bar of Bucharest and Milan, OSIM industrial property attorneys, they have deepened their studies in the economic area, thus Alina Serban studied the Master in Strategy Company at SDA BOCCONI, Master in Company Communication at the University of IULM, and Master Giurista d.Impresa in Milan, and Andreea Serban studied MBA Executive at the University of IUM from Monte Carlo, thus they’ve formed a larger vision which allows them to perceive any issues of their customers at 360 degrees.

12 years ago Serban & Serban Law Firm & Consulting by initiative of Lawyers Alina Serban and Andreea Serban and thanks to the united team, partners or collaborators, came to life with plans, dreams and most important with the initiative to focus and to become operative internationally.

The company has established a network of professional contacts which enables it to render its services not only in Romania, but also throughout Italy, Greece and Monte Carlo, and keeping in touch with its international orientations. The lawyers, the company, are members of the international professional associations.

When two twin sisters united they force, every thought united managing to create a company where they added all their believes and values and their satisfaction being brought by their clients' success.
